Medical Supplies is something that many many people depend on EVERYDAY. I have been working for a few years now for the biggest Online Medical Supply store and I have gotten enough insides to see the potentials and numbers as well as the amount of sales and DEMAND!

The reason of selling this business

in mid 2017 I invested all my savings into a deal that was offered to me by a friend and I was expecting to get back my return this April but unfortunately the deal fell thru very very badly. now, I am already 20k dollars into this business with money that I borrowed with the mindset of paying it back with the money I was supposed to earn from the deal but god had different plans. now I need to pay the 20k back and make some profits for all the hard work and efforts.

What's involved in running this business

This business mainly is Drop shipping (Inventory not needed) and the main work involved will be,

Sales Phone calls, customer service, order processing (sending PO to Vendor), following up for confirmation and tracking numbers to complete orders. it involves digital marketing (which is best to source out to a professional) and negotiations with suppliers for promotional discounts and deals.

Time to run this business: approximately 22 hours per week

the business goal is to start out as a drop shipping dealer for the many biggest and trustable brands in the industry. all the accounts are currently active and open with the supplier and dealers and all products are already listed (95% completed, still need some product features and minor edits)

the plan on growing the business was first of all to offer different types of services to make us better than our one main and biggest competitor. some of them are, weekly packages,(for customer that need weekly supplies) Financing options for bigger purchases, wheelchair rental. customer service will be our number one priority as our biggest competitor is lack lots of it as I know personal insides and is public info on their BBB Profile as well. throughout the next five years the business is going to be growing tremendously and take it slowly to the different levels of the industry. the first addition once money starts coming in is going to be branding wheelchair (manual & Power) in China which I am very familiar with the China Factory where the big manufacturers make their products and I know which of the products are the good going and quality products on which you also make 95-100% profit on and it sells like water due to it's features and options and conveniences. the step after that I want the business to grow and start working together with nursing homes to get them the best pricing on their constant steady supply purchases. I have a friend that owns a purchasing company and he supplies 8 Nursing Homes currently. he gave me a list of all the weekly products they buy and he advised me that even if you come 25 cents cheaper then their current pricing (which is also on the product sheets) then he is forsure taking it from us and just from that, there is so much potential.
