This company sources clothing wholesale from Europe and the USA and then re-sells to a niche market for 4x mark-up. There are no design or manufacturing costs associated with this business and therefore it requires little time investment to continue operating it at its current growth. The business was grown almost entirely through Instagram and Facebook advertising, with over 25,000 followers on Instagram and a mailing list of over 15,000 people with a click rate of 3.75%. The niche that this business operates in is growing rapidly, and supplier contracts are almost impossible to land now than the market is booming. I hold contracts with two of the largest suppliers in the world and can easily transfer these across to the new owner. The business model is quite literally buying already made goods in bulk from Europe and the USA and then uploading them to the website. When we have a new 'drop' *Restock* of clothing on our site it will sell out within 72 hours, we currently have three new drops of clothing a week, on Monday, Wednesdays and Friday's. I am also available to help give advice/run the company or simply teach the new owner until January 2019. I absolutely love this business and know it has the potential to grow rapidly. We launched in February 2018 and in that six month period have surpassed AUD$100,000 in revenue.

This store has a business model that sources product for a low price and flips it for 4x-5x the cost of the product. There are no manufacturing or design costs, simply importing already made clothing and selling it to a niche market at incredibly high mark ups. I have been running this with only 10-15 hours a week available, any new owner who has the time to grow the company will easily see it triple in size. I would NOT be selling this business if I did not have to live in Europe for a year as part of my studies.

I have been running this business whilst focusing on my studies four days a week, a new owner who has the time available to throw themselves into this business will be able to grow the company immensely. Since the official launch in February 2018 the business has grown month on month and when I had time away from my studies I grew the revenue by 25% in a three week period. Furthermore the business can be scaled easily. I have been operating out of a small warehouse as I could not grow the business larger than it currently is due to time constraints. I only have a few hours every week to package orders, if I was not studying I could easily have grown this business into triple its size by now.

What work have you put into the store?

This business has everything needed for a seamless transition of ownership. The website has been built professionally, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and Mailchimp are all set-up for re-targeting. Additionally, as I have been studying 4+ days a week whilst running this business every aspect that can be automated has been, and as such the required hours needed to put into this business are extremely low for the profit it generates.
