Why this business was started
I had a full time job when I started this store. A full time job pays your bills, but it was not going to get me where I wanted to go so I wanted to start different income streams. This is the one that I put most time and soul into.
I always wanted to start a "side hustle" . This was started in 2016 on the side, and grew over the years into quite a large store. It quickly changed from a side hustle to a full fledging store.
I have moved away from running ecom stores to helping people start up stores and increase traffic.
The reason of selling this business
Over the last 3 years I have started a few income streams. This one takes the most time to run . This also requires a lot of research into new designs which I used to love but now find a bit of a chore. So if you dont love this, it is not for you.
What's involved in running this business
Daily order fulfillments Customer requests (chat and email) ADVERTISING ANALYSIS (takes up most of the time) - FB is our main source of traffic Communication with supplier Create social media content for Instagram and Facebook.
This was my first store. I love it too bits, I started it with the intention earning a new income stream other than my full time job and learning about ecommerce.
I use Facebook ads, and Instagram ads to drive traffic
I have steadily increased adverts and traffic has grown very well, so has revenue. I have fine tuned many apps such as uppselling and email marketing which help a tremendous amount.
I am only looking to sell because of the time you need to run to run this store. I now have a few income streams and this store does take up a lot of time, which is affecting my other sources. I have put this store "out there". We got it featured on GQ magazine and multiple instagram shotuouts with very large influencers.

This store is perfect for someone who has knowledge on e-com and is potentially looking to get into the jewelry space. This store is not ideal for rookies. It has developed a following. We have many loyal customers who continue to return and so this store needs to be in the right hands for it to continue to flourish.
How can the future owner improve the business?
I think there are many places it can be improved such as product designs, better delivery times, 24/7 customer support. These are a few things I can't add on my plate right now.
What work have you put into the store?
I put a lot of work into this store. Built it from the ground up. Much effort in design, tinkering of apps , customer support is on point! I work on this store pretty much all day because I love it so much. But I need to move on to other ventures which I feel are more exciting for me at this point in my life.

The reason we got ahead is through innovative designs and sets we put together ourselves. The most profit we see is in brand new sets never seen anywhere else. Be original in your sets, find ways to combine bracelets and pendants and you will be ahead of the competition.
