    How to grow this business

    I'm in engineering school since September last year so I didn't have much time to devote to this year 2021 so I left Google Ads and SEO running and some retageting on Facebook ads because it didn't take much time. Google Ads takes very little time because it's almost the same ads as last year. I have an ad on google ads (one product) for 7 161,92 € (8273,94$) invested generated 42 842,89€ (49495,02$) of sales and another ad for the same product for 20 727,14 € (23945,40$) invested, this one generated 77 298,94€ or (89300,99$) while on Facebook you have to look at the ads often and often create new ones This year, I sold essentially only one product (winning product) whereas the store has several products so it is possible to create many more ads on other products or to pass the store in mono-product. That's why it's possible to develop the brand on Facebook ads and with Influencers. I have an Instagram account of 30,000 real followers obtained through Instagram contests, it cost 8400€ of contests (possibility to provide invoices). I also have a base of 22,000 email addresses (Klaviyo) and 7600 phone numbers (Sms bump). There is also an affiliate program that is automated via email for influencers, you just need to create ads (to simplify) for affiliates to sign up for the program and the affiliates will advertise for the brand on social networks. if I summarize, the store has generated more than 270 000€. There are very few refunds, only exchange defective earphones but the supplier charges about 1$ to exchange defective earphones.
