Looking at the sneaker/footwear industry in Europe I realized the potential and started with our website. We know that the footwear niche is less saturated than others due to the difficulties, however we decided to tackle the problem head on and we are reaping the benefits now.

Other details about profit: At the beginning of the business, we had lower profit margins because we were testing lots of products and pricing. When we realized what products were selling well, we started investing heavily in marketing. We have had some issues ( as everyone else ) with facebook, which is why we have not scaled as hard as we actually can.     How to grow this business

    I would simply continue to work as I did until now as you can see the revenue is increasing exponentially month after month, there is clearly much more potential. EU Expansion, Influencer Marketing, Expansion of the product portfolio, import more products. We will go deep in each of these topics during the call. Because this is an aggregator of 3 stores selling the same products and bringing over $70K profit per month, the sale of this business consists of two other stores in Finland and Norway.

    Have an understanding of how to run a business and also have an understanding of marketing. The aggregator of stores is already established and runs very well.
