Running ads - If you are not experienced with tiktok/snapchat ads, this is an easy skill to pick up. Both platforms are very similar and much easier to learn than facebook or google. I will also be happy to teach you my exact strategies on a video call.
Creating video ads - You can do this yourself or use a number of agencies that specialize in making these video ads. I have one agency I have already vetted and will give you.
Managing the customer support VA's - I have already setup in depth SOP's and trained the VA's so al you will be doing is answering their questions occasionally.
Managing the supplier/3PL - I have amazing, all-in-one supply chain setup for this business. The supplier is also the owner of the 3rd party warehouse that stores inventory and ships product out to customers. All you need to do is place inventory orders through them when inventory gets low. You will also pay them a fulfillment fee for shipping products out to customers for each order after its placed (this cost is included in the P&L).

Up until now, the $674k in revenue has been from 3 main products but this is such a big niche that there are still so many more products to launch. Not only will this grow the business, but it makes it very consistent because you are not relying on a single product.
Expand to more marketing channels
Up until now, the sales have only come from running ads on two channels; tiktok and snapchat ads. By launching Facebook and google ads, you should be able to scale the sales up much more. This is especially the case with google because a big portion of sales are already from people finding the store organically on google.
Take advantage of the customers lifetime value
Customers love this brand and the store already has a 3.7% returning customer rate but this can be improved much more by launching more products for existing customers to buy, and improving the SMS/email marketing. I have not put much effort into these two channels and this store have a 30,000+ person customer list ready to be marketed to.
