General description

Hey there, first of all, excuse my english. I am from Germany.

Due to establishing a new company with other persons, we decided on a strict contract rules, which is that i cannot run any other businesses while working in this new company.

That is the main reason i am selling my store, that has been my life the last couple months :(

Store language: English Worldwide shipping Store Type: Dropshipping Supplier: Aliexpress/Oberlo

The store was opened on June 29th 2018 selling sunglasses only, slowly expanding to more accessory types like bags, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc..

Hand on heart: I am not passionate about accessories, yet i decided going into this niche after a few minutes of researching. Combined with other social media platforms like Instagram, it is a strong niche where you can sell all year long.

By now, just a couple months later i can proudly publish the stores data

Revenue: $80100 Product Costs: $32611 FB Ads Costs: 37912

Some Highlights:

  • Email Subscribers: 1900
  • Klaviyo Email Flows: 7 (21 Emails that are sent automatically based on customers behaviour). Dont worry, it was not me writing the emails ;)
  • 204 active ambassadors (affiliates) that are selling our products for a 20% commission (the affiliate program is running through Refersion)
  • 20+ influencers already received free products and are tagging and loving Fenchii
  • Super easy product import via Oberlo App
  • Automated Review App asking for image reviews in exchange for a discount
  • Automated shipping information emails

Why should someone buy this store?

This store is about to explode very soon. (revenue-wise). me and a virtual assistant put everything we had in that store. Acquiring affiliates and influencers, giving 200% in terms of customer service to build a great and trustable brand. We have alot of real reviews, people LOVE Fenchii :)

How can the future owner improve the business?

-Add new products regularly -Keep growing the Instagram and Pinterest profiles (they are very low yet and theres SO much potential in these platforms) -Keep growing the affiliate participants -Keep working with Influencers -Expand Email Flows - So much more...

What work have you put into the store?

That's a good question. I have put in all my knowledge and every free minute of my time in that project.

Time to run this business: approximately 7 hours per week

Running this business for 5 months
Hey, i am an online marketer from Germany running multiple successful online stores. As i said above, we are planning on establishing a new company and we agreed on strict contract rules, not being allowed to run other businesses due to competition and deception. This is the first store that i've launched in english language and im really happy to see it grow day by day. The decision to sell it, does really hurt me, but there is no other way.
