Hi guys, I sell my very early stage dropshipping business based on leggings for frenchies (France + Belgium) fit girls. To know: - All my products (+70) are from AliExpress, I do have an Excel sheet with all links; - Free MailChimp account; - Launched the 10rd of May, made so far +900€ of turnover (27 sales) with 30% of benefits + free plugins; - SEO recently optimized, some code modifications for the shop; - I did create FB and Instagram pages but didn't focus on them, so they have respectively +150 fans and +80 followers; - 50 emails of potential customers; - Some MailChimp automation; - Branding with logo, branded pictures of my products, all included in files very well managed.

Reason of sale: I'm joining one of the biggest tech company in the world as an account manager that legally requires to have only one professional activity. Then, I do admit, I didn't take time for it but as long as I was not losing money, that was fine for me

Why should someone buy this store?

You might be interested about buying this store and you do right ! Why ? 1. French market, especially fitness, is composed of impulsive buyers, if you master marketing combined with psychology, that's a match ! 2. I didn't start any real investment on it, so once you get the store, that will be the perfect moment for you to take off the business, and scale as much as possible !! 3. Fitness market is very competitive, and soon a mature market, so that's proof it works !

How can the future owner improve the business?

I do think that potential customers/fitness customers are driven by influencers on Instagram. So you probably should have tried to partner with big influencers on social media. Today, that's a must to do, I regret to do not have time for that. Follow the example of Gymshark, the founder started with dropshipping and with influencers.

What work have you put into the store?

Not many. However, I did try to create a brand and value before trying to sell products as much as possible. People who are sensitive to story telling and values behind brands would, for sure, be interested to get the store.

Other details about profit: For most of my products prices, it is x2-3 the price on AliExpress (eg. 8€ on Ali -> 22 or 24€). Need to add Google Ads and FB Ads to have traffic but I recently update all the store to be SEO optimized.
