How does the business fulfill orders each day? It is being done via integrated app on Shopify to send a CSV file of all the customer orders to my private agent.They will ship it to customers. 3. What is the average lead time from the day order is placed until customer receives the good. 15 days on average. SUPPLIER RELATIONS 1. How many suppliers does the business use and for how long has the business used these suppliers? For this brand / product i have been using 2 suppliers.You can go with new suppliers if you want. 2. Does the business benefit from any volume pricing arrangements with any of its suppliers? Yes, the more volume each day the better prices from our suppliers (they offer the most competitive rates) Advertising 1) Managing the ads on FB/IG weekly twice and scaling it. 2) Contacting IG influencers for promotion.
