Why this business was started

I wanted a website for women to find nice and cute things and developed into a baby apparel and wedding product store. Working from home and have a flexible schedule is great. Starting off with a small investment and growing from there is also a great plus. I liked that I could own a real business with real clients, that were mine, something I was not able to do in the constricted environment of an Amazon Seller.

    Seller‘s Advice

    How to grow this business

    You can improve this business (and revenue) by scaling up the currently running Facebook ads and also revisiting the previously successful Facebook and Instagram ads.

    Adding new products and advertising them to existing followers/leads/customers through social media and email campaigns (I can provide a list of dozens product ideas that I have already chosen) . Existing followers/leads/customers are hungry for new items in this niche.

    POD: We have more than 60 new original print on demand product designs, that you can start promoting. They have never been used and are only waiting for promotion.

    2 stores in 1: You could divide the store into 2 niche stores (babies and weddings) and start with a great customer and product list right from the launch in each niche. I already have the logo and theme design prepared for both and you can get it as part of the deal.

    Giveaway: I recommend implementing a giveaway campaign on social media to improve sales, traffic and grow the email list. I have negotiated special prices with quality vendors for unique giveaway products (50% OFF).

    High Ticket Items: Add more high ticket value products, I can provide a contact list of 600 quality vendors. We have already added 60 product in this category. You can start promoting them on FB and Google, as the platforms are already integrated.

    Email Marketing: There is a great opportunity in our email list (60.000 members), I can provide access to email marketing training (By Ezra Firestone), so you can create re-targeting campaigns and email brand content.

    Expand Internationally: I've only focused on the US market. It would be great to open new international markets like Australia, UK and Canada where test I've done have given good results.
