We have never been able to start with Email Marketing the current 28k+ subscribers, but if the future owner of this beautiful & personalized store can put in just a little effort into email marketing, that will instantly bring in great amounts of revenue. Especially because of the awesome customer service provided so far which can be realized from the super low, almost 0% Refund Rate over the 11k+ Orders!
Most products on Store are from US, synced with ProductPro, and there are a few from Aliexpress, synced with Nimble App. With these two apps, the order fulfillment is fully automatic, with one click. (Nothing like Oberlo, where you have to click once for each order to be fulfilled).
Also, the store is fully automated with Product Tags and Categories using a couple of simple apps, which we can happily train the future owner on.
Getting on Email Marketing & Google SEO are probably the next improvement steps, as so far the only campaigns run on this Store were Facebook Marketing Campaigns.
Myself and My Girlfriend have put been putting in a few quality hours to get this Store up and running to where its at now, while adjusting every minor aspect of a visitor's journey to maximize congruency with the visitors, and at the same time, streamlining the journey to make it cognitively super easy for a visitor to be smoothly driven to checkout!

Other details about profit: The store has gone slow in the past few months because we have been focusing on one of our other food businesses (which we are really passionate about). The sales currently are lower because we are only spending $12 per day on facebook advertising! Which is still bringing in a lot of revenue completely on Auto Pilot, because everything is automated!
