Why this business was started

I started this store back in 2017 to sell phone cases. I used the free + shipping strategy to get my sales, as well as Instagram influencers. I did a few thousand dollars in profit, but things started to slow down after a while. One year later, I relaunched Glittery by selling collectibles & gifts. This time, I didn't use the free + shipping strategy, which makes my profit margins much greater (70% profit per order on average). I still use Instagram influencers as my main strategy to drive traffic to my store.

I currently don't have much time to run this business as I'm in my last year of College. I also got a new job related to my field of study, so time is limited on my side to run Instagram promotions. I have two new products I know are winning products that I will help the new owner setting up.

In order to run this business properly, you need to run Instagram promotions from influencers. I will give you the list of proven influencers that I have used and that work for this store. You will also need to stay in touch with my Virtual Assistant, which I talk with weekly by Skype. She speaks English perfectly and fulfills all of the orders. You will also need to handle customer service, but you could ask my Virtual Assistant to do this job for you, as she has already handled customer service for online stores in the past.

    How to grow this business

    If I were not selling, I would use the Pixel that I've implemented on my store to grow the sales using Facebook Ads. I would also run Instagram Influencer Marketing daily & using a bigger budget. This business is easily scalable to $5000 in sales daily, as I've managed to achieve in the past. I haven't touched Facebook Ads and managed to make upwards of $40k in sales per month, so I can only imagine the growth that can be achieved with Facebook, especially since the Facebook Pixel has been collecting data since the very first day.
