I wanted to carry products that are both beautiful on the outside and so good in the inside. I perceived an opportunity to selling them on the e-commerce market (which is in constant need for innovative concepts and solutions) to reach the whole country. The specialty food market grew 19.2% in 2 years. I conducted a market analysis and found that consumers aged 25 to 54 years old are more likely to afford high-priced products such as gourmet and organic foods and other specialty items than younger or older generations.
