I decided to start this business to add another stream of income! My business partner and I created a similar store to this one last year, but couldn't get it to work. The reason of selling this business

I've been at ecommerce for roughly 3 years now and had never found success. I made the rookie mistake of scaling too quickly and not having my backend completely automated. Lots of wasted time and YouTube videos later, I finally discovered how to automate the majority of the process. I would also like to focus on brand development and see if I can replicate the same process with another store!

What's involved in running this business

Being a Dropshipping business the main priorities would be Order Fulfillment and Customer Support. However, to remove time out of the equation and to focus on making money. I decided to hire a Chinese Dropshipping Agent as well as multiple Customer Support VAs (both of which I would be love to refer if you're interested.)
