The "plastic free" movement is a huge market, one that supports a sustainable clean environment and plenty of customers. We decided watches would be the best route in product because of the profit margin (60-70%). We box and ship them ourselves, so virtually we collect most of the profit.

Due to unforeseen personal circumstances we now don't have time to both manage and take the business to the next level. Therefore we are looking for someone to take up the business as it stands.
The past 18 months have focused on reinvestment to accelerate growth rather than taking profit out of the business. We had originally intended to manage and scale ourselves, investing in the future by building the brand to a strong position through a strong social media presence and a quality online and service offering.
It should be relatively easy to pick up ownership of the brand, with proactive social media management, writers, photographers and models already engaged on a freelance basis and ready to transfer to the new owner.

There is huge potential to increase followers on Instagram and Pinterest, both of which we have largely neglected to our detriment. In addition, refreshing some of the images through simple model shoots would go a long way in helping attract new customers. Using the sales and customer data we have built over the past few years will give a future owner strong foundations for developing new products and marketing those effectively.

I would seek out videos on youtube for how to run/start a shopify store. Other than that, just go to work on instagram and facebook. Like I said before, if you want extra work, look up facebook and instagram ads on google or youtube for free. You don't need a course. Get familiar with which ads are most successful and which ones provide limited engagement. There's also facebook engagement groups for dropshippers and entrepreneurs. I encourage you to join one.
