Business Story

Why this business was started

When I first decided to craft this happiicompany I thought that running a general shopify store would be the plan but now I don't really like it. That doesn't mean it doesn't have potential its just I don't plan to continue this store I'm looking to start a new store in a very niche specific space im looking for the camping space, me and my dad go camping all the time I'm very passionate about camping, so just having camping items in happiicompany wouldn't make it look good. Instead having variety of products would really help this store out and of course running ads to it also would really help this out. I wanted to start this store because I thought that having a general store was the way to go and I know that some people who have general stores can kill it I am not one of those people I would really like to learn how to manage and run a general store in the near future but right now I would be fine with testing and running in the camping niche and I want to have a great connection with my audience having Happiicompany makes me very broad.

The reason of selling this business

I want to have another go with ecom but with a different starting point I didn't really give a thought when creating happiicompany. I just wanted to prove to myself that I could take action finally, not realizing that ecom is all about connecting with audiences and really having a connection with a consumer and buyers all around the world and I want to have another go at that but this time with a different approach. I want to have that opportunity again to prove that this time I won't juist race through this, I'll actually put in the time because customer always comes first and that's how it should be atleast from my point of view. Creating Happiicompany has been awesome and really fun, creating, changing, updating the site and buying the domain has been great experience for my next creation, thats is why I won't let the ecom space down with my next creation, and I hope whoever buys it to have just as much fun as I did when I was doing this.

What's involved in running this business

It's a general store putting random products inside the site should be good and having unique, funky random products should be good and have no harm when customers come in. Having a lot of products also helps with customer choice it gives more value to each cart and since you can literally pick out any product it can increase your conversions a lot rather than just sticking to a certain niche. Every general store will have those winning products that absolutely will blow out conversions and sales because of product choice, and you can easily add a trending product onto your site and it won't have to worry about your site looking bad because it will fit right in with the whole store.

Seller‘s Advice

How to grow this business

Run ads to this store, put as much products in it as possible to test which ones are working and which product aren't find the ones that are working and focus on those winning products then scale the ads from there to get more conversions while also focusing on the social media offers, sooner or later it be best to run a offer, like a free plus shipping or a bogo, but first and foremost the best ad to run should be an engagement just to get HappiiCompany out there as a store while running a Grand Opening ad that would get customers excited and curious you can entice then with an offer but I would go for a discount, like 10% off whole cart, just make sure whatever discount you give see if you can still make a good profit and not just have a good deal for no reason. Check what the profit margins are for each product and make sure to do the research before adding random products to the site and not having any crazy high prices for some products, next I would see what competitors are doing with there ads and what product they have see what amazon prices it, then see what ali express prices it and finally coming to a conclusion on what the best profit is to price it at. This is just modeling not stealing or copying competitors ads, just hacking and modeling this after having some leverage on the competition and having sales we can start to scale ads and raise the budget also then at this point we can use retargeting methods and use chatbots to redraw the previous customers and attract new ones, while also getting our previous customers back. After this change and repeat this to different products and have different ads in. At this point we can start split testing and getting more advanced with our advertisement. Goodluck
