Women's Fashion brand most of the apparel that sold mostly where POD (Print on Demand) Sweaters and and shirts with different phrases such as "Mimosas Made Me Do it". Most of our customers are between the ages of 25-34 Women, a very prime niche with awesome customer service. I have moved to work onto another brand in another niche, and keeping up with this is too much for one person this needs a whole dedicated team to follow up with and stay consistent with its customers. Unfortunately its because this isn't where my passion lands. I started this store with the sole intention of bringing in revenue and i needed to separate ourselves from the competition with outstanding website design and a theme to follow within the socials.
Why should someone buy this store?
The reason why i chose this niche is because early on like anyone would think "oh women like to buy stuff on the internet" while that is true it is difficult to sell something that especially hasnt proven to be a name brand. Their is too much competition in this niche and yet after failing for the first three moths i stuck through it and figured out an angle that worked and that inside this niche their is another niche that i focused on exploiting and proved to myself that i was able to make it work. It takes a lot of time as you need to take care of the customers trust that you have gained and earned and a lot of work is necessary to keep bringing new customers by providing discounts, offers, new products, new content for social media, testing new and bigger influencers. I will be there to help if there is any questions. I have moved to work onto another brand in another niche, and keeping up with this is too much for one person this needs a whole dedicated team to follow up with and stay consistent with its customers. This brand has tremendous potential to become a physical store at a physical location. At this point i stopped working on the store for the past couple months as i have other things i work on. As explained before the potential is still there and its apparent with the traffic i get from google since it is well ranked because of its clean SEO. Also I the website has over 3000 Customer list of women ages of 25-34 that are engaged shoppers. Easily could be plugged into facebook and come up with Look-a-likes.
How can the future owner improve the business?
There isn't much work to do besides updating with the social accounts facebook and instagram which i will provide. Also keep up with the new meme drinking phrases. The only thing to work on is better marketing and that will be the only job to keep up with. As everything else is streamlined with a POD company Printify.
What work have you put into the store?
I will provide instagram influencer accounts i have worked with that helped generate over 40K in sales. I also work with printify and that is where i uploaded my designs/phrases where they print on the shirts as the orders come in so i have streamlined the business. I created the website design and it is proven to have ab extremely healthy conversion rate. I will provide all the logos and all that. I have made this an LLC but we can discuss selling that off. In the early times of this website i was dedicating about 20 hours a week but after finding my winning product/niche and having everything streamlined i was putting maybe 6-7 hours a week on work just doing some marketing nothing else.
