I would grow this store by keep creating my own content for current main product. I will test many variation of the ads on Facebook ads and see how market will react. I will search for the different products in my niche and promote. I've been doing this for every other stores and seeing a great results.

You should know how to manage a Shopify store/ads and know how to calculate large amounts of money and it's margins. But it's pretty simple and straight forward. If you know how to outsource the customer service or creating a new ad, it's very helpful skill to grow this business.
