I came across a Youtube video about how a 17-year old made thousands of dollars every day and I was immediately interested in making money online whenever you want, wherever you are. So this is one of a few successful brands that I have started during the last couple of months.
The reason of selling this business
I have decided to sell this brand since I am going to try SMMA with a friend of mine. We have always talked about doing something together and we decided that a marketing agency was the best fit for us. Therefore I dont want to focus on something else while he goes 100% on the marketing agency.
What's involved in running this business
As mentioned before there are only a few things I do during the week. Run Facebook Ads, answer a few emails (outsourced most of the emails), make sure that my agent has stock and "balance" for fulfillment costs and product research to find new pet niche products.

How to grow this business
In the future I would work on branding and especially quality of the customer experience. Returning customers are definitely important within the pet niche so that is important only if you want better margins and better revenue. I definitely think that working on that would unleash some potential. Also there is potential to go outside the Swedish borders its Scandinavian neighbours and then other European countries as well. Q4 also means that making back the money invested will be easier than normal.
Skills to have
You need to know how to run Facebook Ads and communication with the shipping agent I use (if you want to use her as well) and communication with the customers. That is all I do essentially - tweak the facebook ads, answer some emails and talk to my agent on the daily.
