I bought the business about a year ago looking for some extra work to handle on the side. That said, I believe this could be a primary income site if you are willing to commit the time to add the products and clean up the marketing. It is a fun market with excited customers looking to improve their vehicles.

While I've owned it for a year, I have spent very little time on it. Unfortunately other businesses and opportunities have taken the majority of my time. I feel it is time to allow someone to take this opportunity and really run with. As I've indicated elsewhere on this listing, I think there is a lot of potential and could definitely make someone some good money if they are willing to put the time in.

On the operational front - processing orders - placing the orders with the drop-ship vendors, handling customer service (not a lot to handle here, but will likely increase if you really grow the business). Additionally, looking at and adding new products to the site can take as much time as you are willing to dedicate.
Marketing - reviewing/optimizing Google Ads campaigns, Facebook Ads have massive upside potential.

Spend the time I haven't on marketing - Google Ads, Facebook, etc. Also there are tons of new products that can be added from existing suppliers - both within light bars and expanding out from there. Easy opportunities if you spend the time.

Marketing is ideal - the campaigns need to be reviewed and optimized. Beyond that just basic customer service skills.
