I started this store as an effective way to learn about e-commerce and build brand in a growing niche.
It was by pure accident that I found out how lucrative this niche was. Most of the time I have spend on this store have been spent in building a loyal following/fan base and not really in marketing products.

I have decided to sell because of time restraints. As much as I am reluctant to part with something I have spent time building organically, I do want to pass it on to someone who can market this store the way it deserves.

The store is a great brand, and there is excellent potential to branch out into the also lucrative K-beauty niche and K-subscription snacking niche.
This is a dropshipping store in the "explosively-growing" K-pop niche. It offers apparel and accessories to K-pop fans who tend to actively search for their favourite band clothing, or respond to display ads featuring items from their brand.
We have dropshipped from China for a while, and have recently started to engage USA-based suppliers to improve our customers experience, as this is our largest market. Improved customer experience should also set the stage for high ROI from e-mail marketing. We have built up an e-mail list of around 11,000 e-mail subscribers, a Facebook fanpage of 52,000 subscribers and an Instagram page of 17,000 subscribers. All channels are underutilised, and we have gotten sales in the past by just posting on our social media pages.
K-pop is getting extremely popular among certain 18 - 30 year olds all over the world, especially in Western countries.
While dropshipping is a great model for this store, this demographic is one of few that are fine with dropshipped goods, as this is perceived as "authentic". The store also has POD fulfillment in place and a range of in-house designs for a range of products.

Customers tend to be very responsive to e-mail campaigns and not much investment is required to get cash coming in from day 1.
