The reason of selling this business

We are only selling because we haven't been able to dedicate the time in the last year due to personal reasons.

What's involved in running this business

We recently moved to a Print on Demand (PoD) business model which has simplified the operational side of the business. We design the garments (taking inspiration from the health and wellness industry trends) Create the product imagery. Create the listings on Shopify. Link the listings to our PoD partner's software. When orders come in, the automatically get sent to the PoD partner to process. The PoD partner prints and dispatch the item directly to the customer. Outside of this process we have a fulfilment house, which handles returns (though you could do this yourself from your office or home). We also handle customer service and the social media marketing and facebook ads. We have an accountant and bookkeeper who take care of the financial side, though you could do this yourself, depending on your preferred business set up.

DOING OUR BEST For you and for the planet.

Why should someone buy this store?

If you have an interest in retail within the fitness, health and wellness space and know how to reach this audience of consciously minded female buyers between 24-45 then you can grow this business to it's full potential. We have reliable production partners and suppliers and everything is set up for you.

How can the future owner improve the business?

Look at expanding the 'Print On Demand' (POD) or dropship models. You could bring in a sales person dedicated to sell to trade (we are particularly popular overseas.) You should be (or bring in) a whizz at facebook and social media campaigns. If you had the facilities you could bring production in-house for flexibility and to reduce lead times.

What work have you put into the store?

We have spent a long time sourcing the very best base materials from trusted partners that ensure workers get a fair wage and good working conditions. We have a 'no sweatshops for our sweats' promise. We ran focus groups with women to make sure we're offering the right style, fit, fabric and overall quality. The online store is all set up and ready to go and linked to inventory management software. We have trusted supplier relationships and an excellent and reliable fulfillment house.

We are two old friends from Uni with a love for health & wellness who believe all clothing should be ethically produced. We set this company up in our living rooms and had a blast coming up with new creative designs and sharing them with the Hey! Holla Fit Squad! We grew the business to a full operation with 40,000 products sold and $540,000 in sales.

Once you submit payment to Escrow.com and the payment has been secured, the funds are held until you confirm that all assets received are as negotiated. You can use the inspection period to ask the seller any extra questions about the business.
