Started this business as a means of accumulating capital for other future ventures. The business started in May 2019 as we were learning the ropes and eventually rebranded to an outdoor recreation store in Jun 2019. This site has been a consistent cash cow for us and allowed to build cash flow.
The reason of selling this business
I am in no hurry to sell it, but I will for the right price. The business did over $50,000 in gross sales its first year and is poised to do about $100,000 this year. I also own two more eCommerce stores so if I can sell this one at the right price, that will free up some of my time.
What's involved in running this business
This is a primarily drop ship business where we have developed strong relationships with all of the vendors. That part is done for you.
The order fulfillment and customer service is handled by two employees and my sourcing agent (upon request) that will be transferred with the business.
You could do your own marketing if you are skilled, or hire other teams, or keep the ones working with it now.
We have worked hard to automate as much as possible, but the promise we make and what differentiates our business is our powerful branding, real human customer service, customer service, support and advice on preparing for disasters or outdoor adventures.
