Why should someone buy this store?

Excellent domain name. Two distinct logos..... Hip Puppy and Hip Kat - trademarkable.
Store is primarily comprised of pet themed human apparel , pet apparel with accessories including Harnesses, Bow-Tie Collars, Leashes, mugs, totes, beds, blankets, pillow cases, and popular phone covers with an emphasis towards the pet Rescue arena .
At age 74 I just don't have the energy or skill sets to market like it deserves.
Product count was increased over the last year from 25, at original purchase, to 924 presently through custom logo and font generations and product importing from established USA based suppliers. The Hip Kat logo and cat product additions have been complimented and lauded.
All products are sourced within the US.
Shopify Brooklyn theme is enhanced for apparel products and presents up to full page presentations upon selection. Easy shopping - product review grids.
This store is mature , improving in visitors, and nicely inventoried with superb potential from proper marketing. Product lines are very easy to expand and customize.
The Essence : is priced below Inventory value.

Physical inventory is 3% of total product count and could be continually sold online or marketed at trade/dog shows, dog parks, flea markets, or just wholesaled .......and site cost would be recovered. However, I have sold several inventory items to friends and neighbors who like the ability to physically examine and fit an item . So........there you go........Point Of Sale potential.

How can the future owner improve the business?

Site needs better SEO and social media marketing than I have time for or can provide.
All traffic generated so far has been organic......with two small "boosted" Facebook posts for $3.

With additional Graphic Arts inputs, several product arena's can be greatly enhanced and targeted....such as K-9, Service dogs, Police and Military dogs along with a continuing emphasis on the huge Rescued Pet field. Seller has potential email list sources in these areas.
Custom Orders: Custom order statements are embedded on the site but actually restricted in offerings. A buyer with Graphic Arts capabilities or resources could greatly expand this popular custom pet images and themed logos apparel area.
The site is ripe for the proper and more effective Marketing efforts.

Marketing efforts: Mailing list promos at various holidays......Halloween, Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday, and Christmas time frames. Some seasonal.........Spring; end of Summer.
