Derived from the word "hobo" which means "commuter", "backpacker" or "a person who loves to travel" , and "spot" which simply denotes "a location" or "a place", as an outdoor enthusiast on my earlier years I created Hobospot a year and a half ago to share my interests to like-minded people while having a fair profit from it. During the first months it is initially focused on selling quality afforable sleeping bags, and then I eventually decided to expand it into more cool and unique outdoor products.
I used to dedicate 2-4 hours a day for this business, and the remaining of my day for my online freelancing job. As much as I want to keep my first beloved business and believing on its future success, responsibilities came in being a dad and I am not able to focus on it anymore. It took me a couple of weeks to think about the tough decision, and I finally made up my mind to just focus on my freelancing job instead.
Hobospot's business model is dropshipping through AliExpress, processed by the Oberlo app.
Aside from all the existing apps, I will transfer ownership on everything including the domain, blogs, product images, paid stock images (used in the blogs, website home page and Facebook ads) and accounts like the Facebook page, Pixel, and Google Analytics.
