General description

When I was a child, we would have Sunday lunches with the family at my grandmother's house. My grandmother had a cuckoo clock and it would call when the food was ready, at lunch time. This cuckoo sound held a special place in my heart. This store was inspired by those feelings & I wanted every family to have a "home" clock in their home.

This is a dropshipping store working directly with 10 well-known clock brands, which are based in the UK, Germany, Italy, Netherlands & Japan. All brands have a UK/European presence allowing for quick delivery times in the region. They handle all fulfillment & offer support in English. The business relationship started on January 2017 & we have been working together ever since.

Financials and traffic

Traffic from Google Shopping, remarketing on text ads & Klaviyo emails with lead magnets & abandoned carts. It also has 449 backlink submissions & organic traffic is growing day by day. Average order value is $300 & 4.6% returning customer rate. Still huge room for growth as have only targeted the UK market & the brands worked with are top of the market globally.

The revenue drops off at Jan 2018 as this was when I started my new position as explained in my bio. I put the store on pause as I was moving abroad.
