Why this business was started

I purchased Huskybeard in June 2018 as a side business. I have invested over $100k into the business creating a brand that bearded men around the world recognize for our best in the industry customer service and products. I have automated all of the processes I could and we have a loyal following of thousands of customers that purchase from us regularly without actively advertising.

The reason of selling this business

I don't have the time or energy necessary to grow this business any longer. I am ready to stop working on this and spend more time with my family.

What's involved in running this business

1 to 2 hours a day to fill orders and respond to customer inquiries. That's it. Day-to-day operations consists of fulfilling and shipping orders, packaging and labeling products, and answering customer messages that come in via email or on Instagram and Facebook. My wife and I spend less than 2 hours a day, on weekdays only, running the business. We do not work on weekends. We fill all of our oil bottles using an automatic oil filling machine. We fill all of our cream jars by hand using pre-mixed product that we buy in bulk from a manufacturer. Our washes and conditioners are sent to us pre-bottled. We label all of our products either by hand or using a high-quality labeling machine. Growing the business will require more time on social media and digital marketing.

    How to grow this business

    Back when I was running Facebook ads I was able to realize a 4x ROAS on Facebook/IG advertising. Using the statistical data and ad audience data in Facebook, the new owner should be able to replicate what was working well and grow the business exponentially by spending additional funds on FB advertising. Also, becoming active in the bearded community on Social Media and having influencers market the products again would grow the brand immediately.
