How to grow this business
I would focus on niching the store down to selected apparel line along with focus on proven seasonal winners and upsells. Equally, you could do the exact opposite and expand the whole range as customers do tens to add other products to lines which aren't even advertised.
Skills to have
Should know about eCommerce and paid advertising. The should know how to upload products in Shopify and write good non generic product descriptions. For advertising this should entice the customer with a hook and good offer. Knowledge of the Facebook advertising platform will be highly beneficial (or Google ads).
