We are an internet retailer of luxurious hair extension products for primarily of women of African origin. Hair extensions and wigs are a multi billion dollar a year industry and is growing. Over the past year we have worked to develop systems & tools, gathered marketing research & trends, and have sourced key vendors. We have also invested in product reviews on YouTube which demonstrates the quality of our products. We are on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. To grow the business the new owner will have to work on driving traffic through Google Pay per Click, Pay per View, and Facebook Ads. We have built a site that just needs a new owner to make some improvements to optimize and convert. How can the future owner improve the business?

The new owner would need to invest in photos of models displaying the product , which may require working with the vendors to hire models to take the photos or doing it yourself. Alternately, the photos could be purchased through third party sites. A marketing audit conducted by a high performing Marketing Agency recommended that implementing photos of actual models displaying the products will help significantly reduce bounce rate and hep site convert/ generate sales. The new owner will also need to work on sourcing influencers and investing in product reviews. Influencers, product reviews, and social media branding consistency are key to success. The new owner may want to increase the social media presence. However, we initially took the approach of simplifying our social media to just Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. SnapChat is an additional avenue to explore with 400 million active daily users.

We have easy social media log in, product reviews and testimonials, and as well as a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) that knows the business and can help with store maintenance, customer service, and order fulfillment.
