How to grow this business
If I were to grow the store, I would focus on diversifying advertising efforts to platforms such as Google, Pinterest and Snapchat Ads.
I have barely scratched the surface with email marketing, and this should also be a focus to boost revenue and profitability.
I would also work on creating new photo/video content to be cycled through various ad campaigns. as well as going with a more branded route.
