What's involved in running this business
Right now the larges obstacle is sourcing and manufacturing. Marketing efforts are the fun part! There is no marketing at the moment.
Accessory Brand for Women & Men made in Los Angeles, CA with Wholesale Accounts with Urban Outfitters, ASOS, NastyGal, and More. Fashion Harnesses, Suspenders, Garters, Belts, Jewelry. Yearly sales are $150-$280K yearly. I had to pause all wholesale relationships early 2017 because our biggest issues was manufacturing - I didn't have contacts to outsource to keep costs low and labor was too expensive.
If you can assist with manufacturing, this business can scale quickly. In our best years it was making $280K in gross sales.
The E-Commerce side was originally a supplement to wholesale relationships, however over the past two years I've tried to grow it more. The dip in traffic you see is when wholesale was paused which allowed for the brand name to be searched more, and more direct e-comm sales. It would be great to find an investor/partner to assist to be able to lower product costs and have more inventory on hand.
You will get the business as a whole - all sales contacts, social media following, influencer list, e-mail list - everything you need to grow this business further. I am happy to assist in the process.

It's a niche market which is great for Google ads, with lots of repeat and loyal customers. I also have wholesale relationships with big name brands - Urban Outfitters, Asos, Free People, etc.
How can the future owner improve the business?
Our biggest issue is cost of manufacturing goods since it's all done by hand right now in our LA studio which is way too expensive! It needs to be manufactured whether in the US or overseas so that product price can drop and the demand for product can be met quickly.

How to grow this business
I would take my designs and look for manufacturers overseas and use other materials as well as leather. I am an excellent art director, designer, and marketer - but need assistance in this arena. Having stock on hand and being able to lower the price point on top-selling items would grow this business exponentially.
