Why this business was started

The Juul was essential in helping me quit smoking. While not the ideal alternative, I quickly stopped smoking and started vaping with the Juul every day. After several months of use nearly two years ago, I found two parts of using the Juul extremely frustrating and often times left with no alternative when craving a smoke. The pain points were charging the device using the mini easy to loose USB charger and running out of power after a day of use. I also found pods hard to find before they were at many stores in the U.S. What started as a late night sketch of a mobile charging case and extra pod holder, quickly turned into one of the first Juul accessories on the market.

The reason of selling this business

Ironically, I had no intention of starting a business with Jucce Box in the first place. I received the prototype, and had dozens of random strangers ask how they could buy one for themself. After a week and dozens of potential buyers, it was clear a profitable business could be started through just word of mouth and the products demand. I am selling the business because it has a significant potential for profit given Juul is now worth 18B and while I would love to spend more time on it, my role as CEO of an early stage tech company does not provide the luxury.
