    How to grow this business

    It is easy to add new designs and collections using the relationships we already have built with suppliers. We use excellent photographers to keep the overall look of the site cohesive when we add new items. It is very streamlined business with just a short hours a day needed to maintain and grow it.

    Skills to have

    A knowledge of FB/IG marketing advertising is very beneficial. We have completed courses in same that can be shared. An interest in weddings and keeping up with what's in trend for the following year and adding stock items where necessary.
    Good organisational skills to maintain sufficient stock levels and ship orders in a timely manner. Many tasks can be outsourced for minimal cost i.e. blog writing, social media posting, we have contacts for same.

    Our business began over 15 years ago. Originally I was making everything by hand but over time found this less and less enticing. Having already built a great website, customer & social following and maintained a high market position I decided to slowly begin adding premade pieces to the collection. Some we designed and had produced by manufacturers we had developed relationships with in the East but mostly off the shelf pieces.
