July Nine is an on-trend bag brand with a unique roll up design. July Nine was founded six years ago in Bend, Oregon. Since that time it has evolved from a DTC focused strategy to a profitable wholesale business with captive accounts in the US and Asia. July Nine has an active wholesale business in high growth Asian markets including Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Within the US, a new owner has an opportunity to further expand in domestic markets through a retail, wholesale and e-commerce channel strategy. Opportunity exists to effectively market July Nine products using Facebook/Instagram advertising, Amazon Marketplace and Google Ad Words. All products are designed and owned by July Nine and are truly unique to our brand. In the last six years, July Nine has had a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 84.06%. What work have you put into the store?

From the original idea launched on Kickstarter in 2012 until now, we have done it all from the ground up with no outside financing or equity. In the early years, we operated an in-house sewing team but moved the manufacturing to California in 2016 to keep up with demand and lower our expenses. R&D has created the most efficient use of materials and USA manufacturing process. There is very little waste and every production second is accounted for. Sourcing has taken years to vet and refine. We are confident we work with the best in the industry. We have tailored July Nine's look and feel to feature light, bright and modern branding that reflect the usability and status of carrying a July Nine bag. Through trial and error we have developed an in-depth knowledge of our brand and customer ensuring that all products continue to be top sellers year after year. We will pass our brand knowledge and strategy to the new owner. It is important to us that the July Nine brand continues to thrive under new ownership. .
