Why this business was started

My husband and I were both born and raised in Greece. When we moved to the USA, we found ample opportunity to import healthy food products from our home country. The food movement in the USA now is about eating real food, but also about understanding the meaning of real food, knowing how it's made, and making it accessible and desirable to all. That is how Greek products are—natural, healthy, from small companies. We already had connections, and we used them, traveling all around Greece to find the best premium products the Greek land offers from small family-owned businesses.

The reason of selling this business

I have the need to do something new. My dream is to help people, so I feel like I want to be around people. Being self-employed and working from home is not for me anymore. But it is ideal for someone who loves natural eating and skincare, maybe wants to work from home at this phase of their life.
