Karisland.com is 2 years old. It was built from scratch to provide a platform filled with fashion clothes and accessories specifically trendy fashion. Since it's creation it has undergone a few changes to attract the most traffic and fulfill the needs of its target audience. Improving the site’s image by trying different themes, establishing a professional website design, adding new products, implementing SEO strategies, improving site speed and image quality, as well as creating custom packaging with drop ship delivery to customers.

The reason of selling this business

Reason for selling of business is due to personal Covid19 health concerns. These health issues began since Nov. 2020 and need to make changes to current lifestyle. The management of daily operations has been non existent. Currently operating by VA help only. Currently daily operations do not have the same attention and effort to make Karisland the success it was doing that long ago. Someone with the time and effort can bring back this business to levels it will doing just as recently in October 2020.

To maintain the website, the owner needs to:

Pay invoices from supplier Communicate with Virtual Assistants, supervising and checking in on them Make payments to Virtual Assistants every Friday (through Paypal) Owner spends around 40 minutes per day. Also 1 hour every Friday to manage more detailed tasks with VA.

The new owner doesn’t need to have any speciality knowledge, as the orders are fulfilled through an app which is hosted on the Shopify platform.

Virtual Assistant’s (sales team) tasks:

Recruit and communicate with brand ambassadors (current total of brand ambassadors 500+)

VA Tasks: Answer customer messages on social media Email subscribers (Abandonment Flow, Welcome Series Flow, Thank you Flow and Browse Abandonment Flow are already set in place) Update different discounts and special offers Check in with supplier via Skype or WeChat

The VA’S are people reaching out to ambassadors on instagram. They are provided with full training in a pdf file. They earn commission on each sale they bring. There is no upfront cost. Payment is done every Friday via PayPal or bank transfer. We are also connected with the va’s on a platform called WhatsUp really easy to use.
