Why this business was started

I started this business as a way to get into private label eCommerce, by building up some funds. Although currently this is just a one product dropshipping business, it has served me well. The niche I sell in has always been my passion, so I was able to provide a lot of value to the customers.

The reason of selling this business

I do regret having to sell this business as it is a hobby of mine, and has been a great source of stable income. However I am moving on to bigger and better things. I have now decided to move onto private labeling a brand with my business partner. So therefor I do not have the time anymore.

What's involved in running this business

Our eCommerce store is actually really hands off! So minimal time is needed to manage it. This is mainly due to our great following on IG, we haven't had to rely too much on fb advertisement. However we have started implementing it in the last few months as you can see by our upward trending growth. This aside we did spend some time setting up campaigns and creating re targeting campaigns. You will need to spend some time setting up and managing the ads, depending on how much you want to scale. We also have a great automated email sequence we use. You will need to spend an hour or so each week sending out a weekly sales catalogue to keep these customers engaged and returning. We found that this worked really well. You will need to spend a few hours each week posting on our IG page to keep our audience active and engaged. However that is about all you will need to do for this store. We have great fulfillment apps that can fulfill all your orders in just seconds. All the product descriptions have been customized on all products,so you will not have to spend any time doing that. After all our initial set up we were only spending about 1 hour every second day on fulfilling orders and posting content.

That is why this is such a great opportunity for someone who wants a somewhat hands off eCommerce brand.
