How to grow this business

I would scale the store by continuing to optimize our Facebook & Instagram data as well as backend marketing primarily through email. I would reach to instagram influencers in the Baby niche as well. We have failed to properly utilize our email list as I don't have much experience in email marketing. White-labeling products would be the next logical step as we offer a variety of products that can easily be custom labeled through suppliers. Hiring an SEO expert to help our ranking with outdoor keywords will also increase sales.
