How to grow this business

To grow the store, there are a few strategies that we use for all of our stores.

Usually we start right away with google ads as people looking for your products are usually buyers. Then, the key is to also spend money on retargeting with facebook ads. By doing this two things, you maximise your chance to increase your ROI on ads.

There are also a few ways less expensive with instagram influencers. Send a couple of products to influencers in your niche, they can talk about your brand, set up a giveaway etc

Skills to have

It'd be better if you have knowledge in google ads and fb ads. Otherwise you can start with influencer on instagram, it will be cheap to set it up. When sales are coming in, you can hire a marketer to to do your advertising
