Just the template would cost you more to make ! Here you can get the whole business !
Kustom was started a couple months ago, in July 2018. The website has generated over 28k€ of sales, we sold more than 1000 t-shirts. We aimed to become a major global t-shirts seller, with a fast and friendly buying experience. We used Facebook ads to generate those sales. We gathered a lot of datas to our FB Ads account, that I will transfer to the next owner.
The majority of sales has come from Facebook and Instagram ads, we're selling in Europe, especially in Germany, Italy, France, Spain.
We're using Print on Demand to print and ship the products.
All the designs has been made by myself, using graphics bought from various artists. A folder with all the designs will be included.
The shop has a strong branding and identity. All the design of the shop has been made using a premium theme, that I customized myself to get this amazing look.
The shop is fully optimized for mobile, user experience is my priority. I used my skills and Cloudflare technology to offer a strong and fast experience for the shoppers.
The shop has no instagram account. This is a big opportunity to launch in the Fashion and Apparel business, for those who are ready to handle Facebook Ads part, create an instagram account, and use influencers to generate more sales and drive traffic.
I'm selling my shop because I'm working on a another important e-commerce project in a different niche that will be launched next month and I don't have time to run them both.
Kustom is one of the best and most stylish Shopify store in this niche, I put a lot of work and time working on the design and the UX. The site has generated more than 13k€ of sales within the first 2 months, which is awesome. They were more than 500 differents orders, which means you can use those datas to generate traffic through Facebook Ads with lookalike audiences. It's the perfect shop for those who would like to launch in this business, and ready to put some time and money for Facebook Ads. Also, there is a huge opportunity to grow the Instagram part, as I didn't do anything for it yet.
For me, this is how you can improve the shop and drive sales :
- Improve and work more on the Facebook Ads part
- Create an instagram account, post pic with the products worn by people and drive sales through this channel.
- Using influencers on Instagram
- Opening new markets (US, Canada, Australia...) = > Printful has a fulfillment and printing center in U.S and Europe.
I spent days and nights improving the UX experience of the shop, I think this is the most important part. Kustom is an unique website that doesn't look like other Shopify stores. I believe that now people are buying more and more on mobile, and I built all my strategy around this. The shop is fully optimized for mobile, and most of my shoppers were buying using a mobile or a tablet.

Other details about profit: We're using POD to handle the printing and shipping part. I manually check all orders everyday on their platform, it takes me around 1h per day, while Facebook Ads takes me around 30mn per day. You can use our Facebook Ads account to generate sales with lookalike audiences as we spent more than 10k€ in Ads within the last 3 months, which means a lot of datas to use.
- Shopify plan
I'd definitely use Instagram influencers to grow sales and traffic, I'd also display ads in countries such as U.S or Canada. I'd create more models or try to work in a specific niche ( eg. babies, moms and dads, funny t-shirts etc..)
