Why this business was started

The idea for Lagoa began when I was living in Brazil. As an avid beach babe, I love the ocean, but was nervous to leave my keys, money, and valuables unattended on the beach. I searched everywhere for a swimsuit that would allow me to carry my valuables while in the water and surprisingly, I came up empty handed. I knew that I could not be the only person who had this problem and decided to come up with a solution. Lagoa gets its name from some of the most beautiful lagoas (lagoons) in Brazil.

I have decided to sell my business because I am no longer able to put in the time needed to run Lagoa Swimwear.

The day to day business involves creating email campaigns, posting to social media, fulfilling orders, and creating blogs. During the summer months, I ran Facebook and Google Ads to promote the brand and bring in more orders. I currently have a collection in stock and available to sell.
