I saw the beauty niche as being very profitable. I primarily wanted to start with makeup and cosmetics however was quickly noted how competitive it was and how similar the products really are... I did more research and saw Skin Care is right up to par with cosmetics. I wanted to sell things that were already in demand and that most importantly SOLVED PROBLEMS!

As Q4 approaches, I need to focus my efforts on my other stores, I no longer have much time for this store. This was a side project started and now I have many things I need to complete before December on the stores I had for 2+ years.

Running Ads (Google & Facebook), managing customer support so responding to emails and Facebook messenger request, Managing returns with our agent via skype (he lets me know orders that have no arrived or orders with the wrong address) , responding to chargebacks aswell. Doing product research to see new products you can add, Making new creatives for Facebook (Video & Picture ads) on video editors such as invideo, kapwing, animoto.

I would start trying to rank on Google Search Engines through SEO tactics (backlinks, private blog post, edu links, etc). I would also start using Influencers on Instagram since the niche is Beauty. Then would go to Pinterest as well to start running ads.
Skills to have
Should have basic knowledge of the Shopify platform, know how o run and manage advertising for Facebook, Instagram, Google. Know how to submit orders to the supplier, know how to make video creatives (this can be outsourced but beneficial if you know how). Also should know how to use apps like quantity breaks, upsells, and sending out emails for discounts.
