I decided to start this business because I am very passionate about the Home Decor niche and I always think that it is a very popular niche to be in as its always growing. I have a couple of other stores in the gift niche, however i wanted to try something new and its been paying off.

I have decided to sell the business because i have reached my personal goal with it and i would like someone to take it over to take it to a new level. This business brings alot of opportunities. The website was just recently redesigned and we have added new products, ready for the new owner. I am also going through some personal issues which requires me to concentrate more on my personal life and i wont be able to give much to this business due to that.
What's involved in running this business
If you are taking over my VA everything is done automatically, and you really do not have to do much, however if you would like to run Ads it would be helpful to have some knowledge in that field. It is a pretty automated system due to the dropshipping nature. One should know about fulfilling orders, running facebook ads, providing customer service as well as an overall good understanding about what it takes to run a successful business.
We have been using Facebook and Instagram ads, and we are using a private agent for our bestselling product because the shipping times are much faster than most dropshipping suppliers. we are able to provide the suppliers contact to the new owner. Order fulfilment is done by my Virtual Assistant but it can also be done by yourself. It is a very much automated system. We keep in touch with our customers via live chat, email and or social media messengers. I have also added new products to the website as the light niche/home decor is always growing and it is recommended to always keep an eye on new products in this niche. The product can be shipped worldwide for good rates by my private supplier.
Another great thing about this business is that you can sell worldwide without any restrictions because my current supplier ships everywhere and they ship very fast, which is unheard of in the dropshipping business. We have a few products that we get from a different supplier who ships also very fast and i am able to give all the necessary info to the new owner to take over these amazing suppliers.
In regards to expanding the business, you can always add more home decor products to the website, as i mentioned previously, this website has been newly designed and is looking very professional. We spent $2000 on getting it redesigned and it has been paying off tremendously.

Basic Facebook/Instagram advertising skills as well as customer service and a general knowledge of how to run a successful e commerce business.
