Why this business was started

I never really liked going to the gym, i have always preferred running around Finsbury park or cycling . During the pandemic, with the lockdown, i noticed a huge demand in home exercise equipment. With the time and knowledge to start a dropship store on Shopify, within weeks i identified a few set of products that were selling well on my trial page. I enquired on Alibaba and started importing them, and within 6 months the store transitioned from a dropship store to holding my stock, picking, packing and shipping my own products. Limitless Flex was born.

The reason of selling this business

Letting go of your business isn’t always easy. I have build this store from scratch , and every milestone was an achievement for me. I remember the day i had my £100 day, my £300 day and the big days were i sold £500. Unfortunately, I do not have the time and passion needed to take this business to the next level. Between my full time job, commuting to and from London, shipping packaging and posting these products, i feel all over the place. It is time to pass the dream onto someone else with a different vision and drive.

What's involved in running this business

-Fulfilling orders -Ordering stock from suppliers via Alibaba (main supplier's contact will be provided) -Researching potential products -Running social media pages -Running advertising campaigns -Customer Service for returns, and order status queries ( about 10 emails per day at the moment) - Updating the theme every now and then to make it more mobile friendly.

This will be done via telephone calls, text messages and even Zooms calls where we can both share our screens to exchange ideas. During the first month, i am happy to commit to 10 hours a week, then for the second and third month 5 hours a week.

    How to grow this business

    I would grow the store by putting more focus on Instagram, FB, and Tik Tok ads. They need better (professionally made video ads).I would also look into social media influencers, hire a SEO team to better the website ranking on Google. There is also definitely a market for the main Knee Brace product on Amazon.

    I recommend social media marketing, and Facebook/Google ad skills. Also some background in customer care, returning customers are free.
