Why this business was started

I have decided to start this business to help people find the perfect gift at affordable prices. But also, gifts for any occasion: Birthdays, Christmas, Anniversary, Graduation, etc... It can be very difficult sometimes for people with all the different options today on internet to manage to decide what gift to choose. I ease this process by providing customers with top gifts selection for different categories (pets, home decor, kitchen, fashion, gadgets...)

The reason of selling this business

We will start a new job in 2021, that will not let us much time to pursue the development of Little Flair and keep our customers satisfied with the best services. But we want Little Flair to be in good hands, because we truly believe that this shop has a lot of potential. We are selling also because we are two on this project that has been going on for 3 years, we've generated nearly 3 millions in sales with Little Flair but now we don't have the same vision for the next years so we want to have both a fresh start.

What's involved in running this business

It is a dropshipping business, so you do not need to have stock. I work directly with suppliers. You just have to bought the products to the suppliers once bought by customers. The suppliers take shipping in charge. You should fulfill the customers’ orders and provide them with good after sales service to reassure and help them all along their shopping experience. So when the customer buy you just need to order from our suppliers and fulfilled 1 day after with the tracking number. Emails are automatically sent to the customers (Order Confirmation, Cart Abandonment, Review request, Winback Series, etc. with Klaviyo). Also run and create advertising campaigns. You need to attract traffic with Facebook and Instagram Ads (you also can with Google Adwords, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Linkedin, Reddit, etc.). Several good video ads are already ready for advertisement, and pictures that are good quality. Create social media content on the Facebook and Instagram Account. As well as doing email marketing with our customer database. You should also always search for new amazing products!

As an expert in CRO Conversion Rate Optimization, all the details in the webiste funnel were thought to facilitate the visitor life when ordering (3 clicks before paying, with marketing psychological triggers). The Abandon Cart emails are very satisfying. The post-purchase funnel is also very strong as an automatic 12 follow-up e-mails are sent to all our new customers. Our email system Klaviyio is set up for many other follow-up flows and situations.

      When an order comes in, we wait for 1day before sending a big excel file to our Chinese Agent Lancy. Basically every 2 days we export our orders from Shopify to send it by email to Lancy, she sends back an invoice that we pay by bank transfer, plus the tracking numbers and she manages all the logistic and shipping for us. She is very available on her whatsapp so we had no issue and we trust her. If you sell like one or two units every month of one specific product, then Lancy will not have it in stock and you should order it by Aliexpress.
