General description

Little Lina Apparel was set up as a national brand to sell baby and toddler apparel. We spent about $10k on brand development, logo design, positioning, graphic design, building our the store etc. All professionally done and we have all the logo design files etc. We have other businesses that are taking up our time and cannot give this store the full attention it needs. So all set up (the hard part for many entrepreneurs) is done. We also have coordinating social media accounts already set up - Facebook and IG with cover graphics etc all configured and ready to go as part of the package.

This store has lots of potentials, the business model its based on drop-shipping which means you don't have to keep inventory at your location, manufactures deliver the product directly to consumers. Online stores are also the future, new generations are more engaged buyers online rather than physical stores.

How can the future owner improve the business?

I do not have much time in my hands anymore and I believe my store has potential, what i recommend to the future owner is to target the website with young adults by continuing, posting the hottest products at a better price than retail stores, Millennials are always looking for ways to get great products at great prices
