Why this business was startedAs a gamer myself, I wanted to create a platform for gaming attire. I would start with shirts and hats, then dive into other attire like leggings, socks, and sweaters. I also wanted to create a family feel and grow into giving back to the gaming community by participating in Extra Life and other community events.
The reason of selling this businessI am focused on my family and other entrepreneurial endeavors. I cannot spend enough time marketing and brand awareness for this brand.
What's involved in running this businessMainly marketing, brand reach and awareness, and vector designs. I used canva and inkscape to create designs. You can use upwork or behance to locate an individual who can create designs if you don't know how. Words and phrases sell though, keep it simple. I also have an instagram, facebook, fancy, pinterest, and twitter for this brand.
Time to run this business: approximately 15 hours per week
How to grow this businessMainly marketing through facebook and google to start, then get involved in the gaming community events local and national. Host gaming events at local gaming hubs and prizes include gaming gear from Loot Rack brand.
Skills to haveGood research and some creative thinking.
Dillon C.Running this business for 4 months
I am a entrepreneur and gamer who loves to seize opportunities and try to help others reach their full potential. I hope the best for everyone and have my circle of influence close to my path, so that I can create opportunity for them as well. I was starting this to help with supplemental income, but soon found that I wanted to grow this into a brand that is known for giving back to the gaming community and helping others succeed. Other endeavors and my family has pulled my attention elsewhere.
