General description

Lulu's Closet was started in April 2016 with the idea of offering affordable, comfortable clothing to customers. My motto has been that I will never charge my customers more than I am willing to pay for an item. I've been in business two and a half years and have decided that I'd like to change my business name and focus more on accessories and less on clothing.

Why should someone buy this store?

I've invested a lot of time in the layout of the store. It is basically ready to go for your products and own touch. The initial valuation of my site was $4200 and I can honestly say that I have invested that much time or more into the building/maintaining the online store.

How can the future owner improve the business?

A future owner could improve by advertising the website more. Most of my focus has been on group sales in Facebook as well as local vendor events. I mainly used my website for invoicing and inventory purposes.

What work have you put into the store?

Creating the layout, color schemes, logo designs. I added a code to capture the birthday of customers when they sign up for an account if I wanted to send birthday discounts. If you wanted my logos/domain/social media accounts, that could be discussed but right now the listing is just the store and I will help upload your new products/logos for you.

Other details about profit: My profits were higher in 2017. I've been starting to scale back so the profits for January until now are much lower than compared to my previous year. You will definitely see from the sales data for the past year when I focused more on the online store versus my physical location. The physical location sales are not included in the Shopify numbers.
