Why this business was started

I did dropshipping before and a particular ring did very well. The quality wasn't great, so I decided to change that. We decided to change the material and place a bulk order to deliver our orders in 24 hours. We built a brand around it and grew for a year. The reason of selling this business

I recently started an 'offline' business, a 3PL warehouse. I had the network and knowledge to start this and I really enjoy working on it. I don't want to split my focus, so I decided to put all my effort into the new business. Also, the new business will need more cash to grow.

Managing the media buyer and the customer service reps. Discovering new opportunities, like different marketing channels. Hiring and onboarding new staff to grow further.

Order fulfillment is currently done through 3PL. In the Netherlands and Belgium, orders are delivered in 1 day. In Germany, orders are delivered in 2 days.

Next to the regular orders, we have also set up a subscription box and launched it last week. Currently there's 54 active subscribers. That's $1872 revenue secured every single month, with a 55% profit margin on auto-pilot. Only launched that with an e-mail campaign, so no ads yet.

Our customer service reps are using Reamaze. This is a software that collects all Facebook comments, Instagram comments, emails etc. Everything in one place.

We've been advertising mainly on Facebook. We haven't touched TikTok and Pinterest. A little bit of Google Ads, but that's nothing compared to the Facebook spend. So lots of room for improvement there.
