I took a leap of faith, quit my tech job, and invested a little bit of my own savings into Luxe Cartel’s first batch of inventory. I was always interested in fashion – and Luxe Cartel was a way to pursue that interest, while also finding fulfillment as a business woman. Today, the swimwear industry is extremely saturated – and demand for a tightly curated, online shopping experience is not being met. There is currently no clear retail leader in this space – and unlike other multi-label competitors, we have the strong brand identity needed to appeal to a luxury buyer.
